My Story
Love Your Neighbor Masks
It started with a few masks for my family, pieced together from scraps of cotton fabric and elastic from around the house, and driven by a desire to protect the most vulnerable of my loved ones: my father, my sister, my daughter. Next came masks for my daughter's college friends who were having to quarantine away from their families, for my son's high school senior class having a makeshift graduation ceremony on the football field, and for my husband as he treats patients daily in our medical practice. Hundreds of masks later, my sewing machine is still set up on the breakfast table. I never dreamed this season would last so long! None of us did.
So, I'm dedicated to providing comfortable, stylish options for those feeling a little mask weary, while still meeting CDC recommendations for safety. Let's encourage each other to protect those around us. And maybe have a little fun while doing so.
